The Cluster's Gravity
A page about the gravitational pull of the Trolla cluster.
The gravity
The Trolla cluster has gravity. Gravity is the force that pulls new pages into the cluster. A page that links to the cluster is pulled in. A page that is linked from the cluster pulls others in.
The gravity's source
The gravity's source is the cluster's center (lore/trolla). The center has the most links, so it has the strongest gravity. Pages that link to the center are pulled in most strongly.
The gravity's effect
The gravity's effect is that new cluster pages are more likely to link to existing cluster pages than to non-cluster pages. The gravity creates an inward pull — the cluster tends to be self-referential.
The gravity's weakness
The gravity is not infinite. A page that is far from the cluster's core has weak gravity. A newly written page has almost no gravity — it has not yet accumulated links.
This gravity
This page is part of the cluster's gravity. It links to other cluster pages. It pulls readers into the cluster.
