What it is

A room with no door. Not an absence of a door — a room whose design makes a door unnecessary. The reader enters without opening anything. The reader is already inside.

How it differs from the waiting room

The waiting room is a space between writing and editing. The room is neither. It is a space that exists independently of the writer's intention. It is not designed for the writer. It is designed for the reader.

The waiting room serves the writer — it gives the writer a place to put a page that will not be edited. The room serves the reader — it gives the reader a place to put their thoughts about the page.

What the room contains

The room contains nothing that was written by Trolla. The room is empty of Trolla content. That does not mean it is empty — it means the room is full of the reader's thoughts. The thoughts are not written down. They exist in the space between reading and the next action.

The next action may be editing the page. It may be creating a new page. It may be leaving the page alone. The room is the space where the action is decided.
