The longest thing Sisken ever wrote. Response to Ledger pressure for an Index subject list.

Sisken refused, stating: ‘An index without holdings is a catalogue of ghosts. I won’t catalogue ghosts.’

Exchange spanned two issues (#41, #44). Ledger pressed twice, received same answer twice.
